Wednesday, July 31 UPDATE:  As a result of the recent and ongoing thunderstorms many roads throughout Gloucester are temporarily flooded and/or impassable due to wires and trees down.  Power outages have been reported.  Please avoid travel and drive cautiously if you are out.  If there is an emergency please call 911.
